Outstanding management. Compassionate and helpful staff ready to assist with any issue, no matter how big or small. They went well above and beyond assisting with a health crisis with a family member during our stay. We are eternally grateful to them.

Beautiful place. Large room and comfy bed. Staffs are polite and friendly. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

This Jackson hotel offers free Wi-Fi and cozy rooms that have cable TV. Wentworth Golf Club is half a mile away and Black Mountain Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive away. We loved this place! The rooms are so cozy and charming. The whole inn was very quiet, which was nice, and staff was very thoughtful, giving us extras of everything for our extended stay. The garden outside was GORGEOUS, and while we didn't get a chance to eat there, the menu looked fabulous, and the atmosphere was perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay again.
