Located in Greenport, 25 miles from Splish Splash, Silver Sands Motel & Beach Bungalows has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. We only spent one night at the motel. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean with a great view. We had a great breakfast in the morning at nookies diner which was located on site. It’s is a Quick drive to town. Overall a great experience and we will be retuning.

Breakfast was fine, would be nice to switch it up a bit so its not all the same each consecutive day. Love the spot, the outdoor areas and bar. We stop here every time were in Greenport, although this is the first time we stayed overnight.

This outstanding hotel, frozen in time, along with its amazing location, deserves an exceptionally better staff. The staff were untrained and lacking experience, appearing overly casual. They seemed to be more like students than professionals. They advertised a "valet parking" service, but even if the attendant by the hotel entrance was charming, this "service" was nothing short of a joke. There was a lack of information and a general sense of indifference. The reception had an amateurish feel, with an 18-year-old girl visibly struggling to operate the computer. Regardless, this place is an absolute dream..
