I saw an envelope with my name on it sticked to the office door, with the instructions & keys in it. Very helpful and nice! The room was clean & had all we needed. The next day we've dealt with the paperwork, and we got nice recommendations from the front desk where to sightsee a bit.

We were in the area attending the County Fair, about 10 minutes from the hotel. The place was easy to find, check in was simple, and the room was spotlessly clean. Beds and linens were clean, good quality, and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, and a great water pressure in the shower. 100% what we needed.
