Despite how busy the lobby was the girl doing the check in was awesome. So patient and pleasant to deal with. Went out of her way to book people at nearby places as this hotel was sold out. Morning staff member equally as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever been offered during our overnight stays while traveling. The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!! The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!
