We have had some horrible customer service experiences at other hotels (different brand) in the past 2 years. This property at Carolina Beach went above and beyond to provide us not only with comfort and cleanliness, but professional curtesy that extended from General Manager, front desk, and housekeeping. The view was outstanding across the ocean. We have always searched out a Marriott property when we travel. Unfortunately, they are not always available.

Portabella Paradise, a property with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, is located in Carolina Beach, 28 km from USS North Carolina, 2.6 km from Carolina Beach Boardwalk Amusement Park,... Everything was great. Cozy space, great decor. Super clean. Just fantastic.

Not ocean side but pretty much just across the street. A great view from the balcony of the sunset. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfy. Clean showers, and clean throughout the apartment. Grounds around the building was well kept.
