We have had some horrible customer service experiences at other hotels (different brand) in the past 2 years. This property at Carolina Beach went above and beyond to provide us not only with comfort and cleanliness, but professional curtesy that extended from General Manager, front desk, and housekeeping. The view was outstanding across the ocean. We have always searched out a Marriott property when we travel. Unfortunately, they are not always available.

Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfy. Clean showers, and clean throughout the apartment. Grounds around the building was well kept.
