Of course there is AC as well but we barely used it. The unit has everything you need and we appreciated the fast WiFi. Right out your window is a spectacular beach we spent the whole day at. We also took advantage of the location to attractions both big and small and made a couple trips to the Kahuku food trucks. Overall, we'd highly recommend.

Location was amazing, so close to such a perfect beach. Kailua town is fantastic and amazing food places. Sizeable guest house for a couple, great sized bathroom. Didnt cook in the kitchen, but used the large fridge and washing machine which was really handy.
