THE KINDNESS HOTEL is located in Kon Von Kla. Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Service and kindness of the owners of this little hotel is exceptional. After we arrived at 6 in the morning for just one night, Sue did her very best to give us a (free) room as soon as one was free (at 8 a ) so that we could sleep a bit. We could get breakfast or dinner after the usual hours even after we moved to another place we did reserve before for the rest of our stay. For a very small price you can taste authentic local vietnamese food. We had a smaller room near the entrance and did not see the larger ones with a nice view. The quality/price relation is excellent. The owners speak English and Sue understands some french.
