What a great little find. Overlooking the beach with a beautiful sunset. It was so nice to see the fishing boats coming in at sunrise. At sunset was lovely to watch the children splashing in the sea & playing volleyball. The hosts were such a lovely family & provided everything we needed, including lots of advice on the sights to see around. The street markets within 5 minutes walk, as well as a supermarket & reliable ATM which came in handy. We would definitely come back here, it was a fabulous little stop.

I will want to come again to stay here in the future and would recommend this hotel to others included family, friends and social networking peoples.

Very large room with lots of sunlight and a comfortable bed. Clean soft white sheets including a duvet cover. The host is very kind and can help with anything you need. Location is great, right next to a central plaza where locals hang out and within walking distance of the riverfront with markets and sight seeing. Excellent deal for the price. Off of main streets, so it was nice and quiet too. Good, reliable wifi for work calls.

Veldig fint hotell liggende ved elven. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse dagen vi ankom, der kommunikasjonen mellom hotellet og restauranten ikke fungerte så bra. Vi fikk en veldig god kompensasjon for det som inkluderte oppgradering til junior suite. Hotellet satt oss i kontakt med turoperatør slik at vi fikk oppleve Mekong-deltaet.

After staying at 3 other places in Phu Quoc from budget to top of the range, I couldn't have been happier with Seashells. Firstly, it's in a great location across the road from shops and the night market, then there was the room which was fabulous and had brilliant air-conditioning almost too cold with 2 TV's and a nice balcony. Then there was the food the best we have had at any resort and much cheaper than most. The infinity pool with an actual pool bar was beautiful and the water was nice and warm and overlooking the beach. The spa services, unlike most resorts, were also priced so well, $1500 for 2 people for an hour body massage complete with welcoming drink and also a departing drink with ginger dried fruit. The staff were great. Some weren't great with English, but they always got a person who was without us asking if they had trouble, instead of guessing what we wanted like some do. I wasn't expecting this resort to be as nice as it was and so happy we found it sadly only for 3 days, and I wish we had spent the entire time there. Congratulations to the manager and thanks to all the staff from the bar to the cleaners, highly recommend.
