From the entrance, to the reception and the restaurant, the staff are very welcoming and warm. Overall, the best experience i have had in Rosebank, Johannesburg. I will surely return soon.

I only had the 1 night, but the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious and everything was quite easy. Beds were comfortable as well.
