Located at the Paul Kruger Gate to the Kruger National Park, Kruger Gate Hotel is situated on the banks of the Sabie River. Everything!! Staff was super friendly, food was really good, location was PERFECT! Able to see elephants, impalas and other animals from the deck!! Perfect for chilling! Safaris provided by the hotel are top and still Staff was able to booked us shuttles to the park to other safaris!

Caroline is the good heart from Safari moon. without her it wouldn’t be the same. thanks for your amazing job. the lodge is very detailed decorated. you find in very corner some special things. it looks so amazing. next to the pool is a amarula tree located. therefore you will see a lot of animals next to the pool. our stay was Awesome. breakfast and lunch was very nice.

The host and hostess were amazing, so accommodating and friendly. The food was lovely and the staff were polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much. We will definitely be visiting again.

Located 68 km from the Orpen Gate of the Kruger National Park, Moya Safari Lodge & Villa features accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. The lodge was even better than my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and luxurious, and the food was excellent. There was also a viewing deck, which was an added bonus. A lovely lodge with lots to offer.

Situated in Makuleke Contract Park, 10 km from Pafuri Gate, The Outpost & Pel's Post features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We chose The Outpost Lodge for an impromptu 30th anniversary getaway. We have always wanted to visit the northernmost part of the Kruger to see how it compares to the rest of the park. The Outpost is situated on a hill overlooking the Luvuvhu River and the view from our room was breath-taking. The contemporary open plan rooms have retractable remote-controlled blinds, that offer uninterrupted views of the river when open. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience to sleep with no walls between you and the wilderness. On the second night, we were treated to elephants trumpeting just outside our room! The lodge is situated in a private concession. The staff mainly consists of members of the Makuleke tribe. We were treated like royalty and no effort was spared to make our stay a memorable one. It is evident that the staff are extremely well trained, but also that they love what they do. Our room was immaculately clean, the food was 5-star and wherever we went, we were greeted with friendly smiles. The fauna, flora and vistas in this part of the Kruger is by far the most impressive of the whole park. We were fortunate enough to visit both the Lanner Gorge and the Fever Forest on game drives. This is not the area of the Kruger you should go to if you want to see the big five, as you probably won’t, but that said, there is still a decent amount of wildlife to see. We saw elephant, zebra, nyala, impala, baboons, kudu and hippo.

Set in Hoedspruit, 4.9 km from Drakensig Golf Club, Aerotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The experience of sleeping in an airplane was absolutely amazing. I liked that we got to take a tour and explore the plane. The breakfast was amazing.

Situated in Phalaborwa, 26 km from Phalaborwa Gate, Abelana River Lodge features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. We had the most incredible 3 nights at Abelana celebrating our honeymoon and my 30th birthday, which was made even more memorable due to the fantastic staff, delicious food and beautiful lodge & facilities. Wern and Mr T were our personal (and private!) guides for all our drives who were both incredibly knowledgable and made sure that every drive was a completely different experience, from seeing 4 of the big 5 throughout the duration of our stay, to finding the best spots on the reserve for morning coffee and G&T sundowners. We even experienced a bush walk with the lions and managed to see the incredible views from the south of the reserve, including the ancient baobab trees and a rare leopard on our way! The staff were friendly and hospitable, always making sure we had a drink in hand when we were relaxing by the pool. We were even lucky enough to spot a couple of elephants cooling off in the river as we were sat poolside on not only one but three separate occasions! Every meal and cocktail was 10/10 - not to mention the amazing birthday braai and cake the staff arranged for my 30th birthday. The rooms were beautiful, clean, spacious and private whilst offering perfect views of the river. Couldn't recommend it enough and will be encouraging friends & family to visit!

Situated within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Ivory Wilderness River Rock Lodge features a viewing deck, lounge and splash pool overlooking the Klaserie River. Had a fantastic stay with my brother for 4 nights. The staff was amazing and the game drives were fantastic. really loved the camp and would highly recommend

Situated in Hoedspruit, within 22 km of Kinyonga Reptile Centre and 47 km of Lissataba Private Game Reserve, Rafiki Bush Lodge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, and... Super nice and family oriented spot. Loved the impeccable spaces and cozy feel of just 4 rooms. Maria and team truly make you feel like you're staying at a (very nice) friends house aka Rafiki.
