Located in Mooiriver, Hartford House provides 5-star hotel accommodation with valley views of the Drakensberg. Amazing location,ambience is phenomenal.I would like to add a value added comment.the signiture 4 and six course dinners are lovely but I think moving forward you would need to accommodate a wider menu especially with this place only on the up…It’s amazing but please try and accommodate a slightly wider menu for dinner .we loved the walks and serenity of the estate .The owner was very welcoming and we appreciated the history lesson of the estate and the horse breeding heritage of the place .

Amazing staff, super comfortable rooms and great food. The selection for vegetarians / vegans on a super menu was appreciated. The mushroom risotto was delicious. Nottingham Road Hotel is a historical landmark known as Notties by many generations of locals. It is situated in the village of Nottingham Road, in the heart of the Midlands Meander. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The management even arranged transport for us to the wedding venue
