Located in Kleinsee and within 700 metres of Kleinzee Golf Club, Beach Cottage Kleinzee features a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy sea views. A comfy eclectic hideaway near to the sea. Everything you could need was available in the home. A washing machine was very appreciated. Good line out the back The cooker was very useful in the cold spell. The lighting was bright and plentiful & used eco bulbs. Better than in most rentals!! Load shedding did not occur here which was a relief! However, that would not have been problematical as there was a gas heater with 3 levels. We were toasty & comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The kitchen had every tool you could possibly need! Plenty of china glasses and cutlery. Good wifi.

The rooms were clean, warm and properly furnished for overnight guests who are just passing through, or for those wanting to stay a few nights in order to explore the region with its beautiful flowers. Business travelers are also well advised to use their facilities, which are quite good. The food was exceptional, well prepared and tasty. A bonus was that the chef knew exactly what to do when we informed him that my wife is gluten and lactose intolerant (coeliac disease). She could eat everything that was prepared for her and did not have any problems at all. I would really recommend a stay, also because of the historical setting of the hotel and the information it provides on the history of the town. Well done!

It was the ideal base from which to explore the Northern most towns,knowing that you'll be treated to an amazing shower and really comfy bed at the end of the day.

The Beachhouse is situated in Port Nolloth and offers self-catering accommodation. Popular points of interest around the property include Port Nolloth Harbour and Port Nolloth Museum. Location, the beautifull house, the charm of the helpfull hosts, it was our best stay in South Africa. Good place to start the flowerroutes. Strongly recommend staying there...

Offering a garden and barbecue, Verbe Farm Accommodation is set in Kamieskroon. Roof of Namakwaland is 21 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. Location was perfect. Off the beaten track. Not 5 star, but loved the fact there was no electricity, was cosy with fire, lanterns and candles, view from bedroom window perfect, best nights sleep for a long time. Walked through the hills. Just beautiful.

Frontier River Resort is located in South Africa, 6 km from the Vioolsdrift Border Control to Namibia. Kotzeshoop is 5 km away. The resort is on the banks of the Orange River. Wonderful oasis along the banks of the Orange River with exquisite views. Dirk & Stephanie assisted by Fabs (& delightful 4 year old Jadyn) were engaging and entertaining hosts and we had a fabulous & very relaxing weekend
