The resort itself is clean, convenient and the rooms are spacious. Restaurant selection is limited but there are plenty of other options within walking distance. Beach attendants are wonderful as well and we never had a problem getting chairs--please note if you are in need of an umbrella you will need to purchase this from the beach vendors. Dog friendly hotel with excellent service, friendly employees, daily cleaning and towel change and all that steps from best beach in Aruba! Beach was not crowded, lounge chairs and shade always available if you are staying in Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. We checked other beaches on the island and can confirm Eagle Beach next to the hotel is the cleanest and least crowded.

The all-inclusive, full service resorts to the north on Palm Beach were crowded and loud. Eagle Beach is a 5 minute walk (or rent a Bird scooter!) away with a wonderful bar and restaurant called Passions. The Azure Residences were clean, comfortable and all of the taxis know it as "the new place". We found ourselves planning our day around the sunsets each evening which were spectacular.
