Super apartment in Benalmadena. Extremely clean amd great location.

This was my third visit in the property during this year and I will come back after two months. The apartment is in a short walking distance from Benalmadena Marina where you find good restaurants with cuisines all over the world. You have a great view to Marina from the 12th floor balcony. From Marina starts nice beach promenade where you can find many chirinquitos (beach restaurants), bars, restaurants and shops. It's nice to walk all the way (few kilometers) to Torremolinos. You may have noticed that many apartments in Spain are cold in winter time. This is not. You get sunshine the whole day in the both balconies. I didn't use the heating at all during my visit. The only thing I would change are the pillows. I haven't used to that kind of pillows they have in the bedrooms. Well, that's only my opinion and someone may find those pillows the best in the world. Had everything needed for a stay, even had complimentary items such as milk and bread which we really appreciated and there were a couple of pods so that we could use the machine to wash our clothes before heading home! Saved us buying a whole box. Location is very central also. Clean and tidy.

Great appartement. Clean and a lot of space. With private parking. By car in appr 10 minutes in Benalmadena or Arroyo. (There is a bus stop in front of the building). One of the nicest things is the huge roof terrace. With sea view, mountain view and all day sun. If you have questions, Manuel reacts quickly, We certainly can recommend this appartement!!

It wasnt my first stay at this property, this place was chosen for the second time, because it fulfills all my acceptations: the location is great, you can reach everything by foot, if you dont want walking a lot, you can take a bus or taxi, most of the excursions are available from the meeting point straight in front of this property,it was really great, it takes you half an hour to get to Malaga, if you like jogging, this is the real place for doing this because of the long promenade straight in front of , the property was fully equipped with all you need for staying, the apartments were cosy fully furnished and great. There are many supermarkets in the area and many-many bars and restaurants. I difinitely will stay here once again if I will plan my trip to Malaga.

The complex is 20 minutes from the airport and has lovely communal spaces. Reception staff were courteous and efficient. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay be it self catering or simply as a base. It has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, kettle, microwave, hob, utensils, pots and pans and plates and glasses. It has a washing machine, ironing board and cleaning equipment which I appreciated. The host Sean, was in contact before and during the stay to ensure all was present and correct. There is a small supermarket on site, a lovely pool, pool bar, games room and cafe. It is a 5 minute walk from the park to one side and 5 minutes to the beach via the side gate, with all it's cafes, pubs and restaurants. The apartment and location could not have been better and we would not hesitate to recommend this property or its owner.
