Los Tios y Primos Family from Portugal has to say that everything was exceptional! As soon as we arrived we were very well received, they even took a photo of our group of 16 people in the lobby! Our request to stay close to each other was granted, extremely attentive and ready to help in any situation (best hotel staff I have ever come across)! The buffet food for the three meals of the day was excellent with a huge variety, and at night there was always a "theme": Italian, Asian, UK, American, etc... very interesting indeed! The entire exterior (and even interior) space of the hotel is beautiful... there are three swimming pools, one with slides for everyone, another for babies with an awning to protect them from the sun, and another huge one with various depths and where there are several activities... there is more than enough space for all the sun loungers, there are shaded and sunny areas, and many grass areas... an auditorium for shows and entertainment, restaurants and bars (with a cocktail of the day at half price) , and also a direct passage to the beach (the sea in Spain is incredible!)... the rooms have some of the best sound insulation I've ever been to, the only thing is the windows aren't 100% perfect, but it was never a problem for anyone, we all slept the nights in a row (the beds were huge and very confy)! Evene the corridors to the rooms... very greenery, iluminated and spacious! Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel to stay for family holiday. Everything was just perfect, from hotel staff, animators, food was delicious, room perfectly clean, partially ocean view from our room, recommend to choose the highest 4th floor to have an ocean view if interested. The amenities were Rituals brand so nicely suprised. Most of the visitors were spanish speaking, very few english speaking so we really felt like in Spain and everyone make us feel like at home. We would definetly recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back.

Everything was fenomenal. The kids club had great activities and had wonderful people running it (high on energy and super kind). The flat was super (great view over the golf course, comfy beds and pillows, well equipped). The services level from staff was from a 5 star hotel, from the cleaning lady, to the reception to the high level detail for service at the restaurant.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite - lovely spacious rooms with large balcony with loungers -wonderful view overlooking golf course - great pool area with a variety of good food available - good entertainment in hotel bars in evening.

The breakfast was outstanding. The dinners were good too. The Spa was excellent. The main pool (the one we used) was so clean and the water just lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
