Beautiful well furnished farmhouse with lovely little touches. The rooms looked out over the stables where we could see lots of well cared for horses which we met. The whole place was immaculate with luxury touches and lovely comfy beds. For example there is a fridge in the room, chocolates, freshly ground coffee and real milk. It was the best breakfast we have ever had (and we travel a lot). The host was so lovely too. Perfect!!

If you wany luxury this is the place. Facilities 5 star, breakfast 5 star. Peace and quiet set in a country setting, 15 min walk or 2 min drive to a pub which does good evening meals. Host may even give you a lift... Excellent value for money, if we are ever in the area we would definately book again.

This is more than a B & B it is more like luxury 5 star hotel. Breakfast was outstanding, more choices than just a full English, Hosts were most welcoming and made you feel at home. Bedrooms and ensuite had everything you would need and more. Would stay again

Breakfast was very good, but would have liked opportunity to vary content on second day. Bathroom for Stag badly needs a shelf to put things on. Also would have expected some soap/ shampoo etc to be provided at price we were paying for the room. No shelf or dressing table in bedroom either. Shower very weak. Room generally very spacious, lovely large bathroom, some small attentions to luxury would make enormous difference.

For a rural golf resort hotel it was was affordable clean and comfortable. We spent a night there as we needed accommodation in the area but it was a bit soulless. However good value for monet.

We weren't expecting luxury, but we would have liked something a little homely. We felt unwelcome and unsafe here.

What a treasure. The property more than met my expectations. It was warm, homely and very comfortable. The room was gorgeous (especially the luxury roll top bath), as were the views. And the owners were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble - such amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible. I can't praise the stay enough. I stayed to attend a wedding in Southam and this delightful b&b was the absolute highlight.

Hotel was as expected for a predominantly golf resort. Bedroom was a nice size and the bed comfortable, dinner was tasty and hot and the service was good. Breakfast was the usual english breakfast deal and the waitress, Vicki, was most attentive.
