Continental breakfast delivered each morning. Also I would highly recommend the little cafe that is affiliated to them within a short walk away for an amazing cooked breakfast. Cannot fault the whole experience and especially the staff . Looking forward to returning.

The facilities are consistently good and you get what you expect every time. It is not a luxury hotel by any means but is way better than the alternatives in the vicinity - Ibis and Windmill.

Cosy luxury and excellent value. A beautiful hidden gem is the delightful basement snug. The cottage is conveniently located … just a short walk to the centre of Lincoln and there is plenty of on street parking very nearby. Excellent communication from the hosts. Such a special place to stay.
