Caravan very clean....lots of useful essentials toilet rolls & condiments etc. Communication with Sally the owner was excellent she couldn't help enough...i would definite stay in her caravan lovely.

Beds were comfy and all utilities worked as intended. the showbar and pool on site were great the kids entertainment was amazing, and the adults entertainment was included in your admission price as with the indoor soft play. Close proximity to the beach and about 20 min walk to Ingoldmells point. Public transport right in the middle of the resort to Skegness and chapel.
