Amazing resort with 4 different swimmig pools, very comfortable bed, top-notch cleanliness and very welcoming staff. Buffet was varied every day and always super delicious. Situated in a beautiful area in Chania where there's always something to do during the day, be it cycling, swimming, shopping. Also close to the famous Balos (a bus ride away for the ferry).

The stuff of the hotel was very friendly and ready to serve you, the hotel has very nice surroundings area with many pools, the room we had was very beautiful, large enough with a nice front sea view. Thank you very much for everything.

Breakfast and in general all the meals were really nice, perfect place to spend your holidays. The staff is very friendly and will always help you. We realized on our way to the airport that we forgot something in our room. I called the reception and they immediately took action (even ordered a taxi to get the item to the airport in time!).

We had some minor problems with a room (some sewage smell) and the staff was really kind. Exceptionally kind. We got another room and it was amazing. They treated the problem really well. Super easy, great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and helpful staff (particularly loving towards our baby daughter)! Friendly place in general - great for kids of all ages. Nice gardens. Water park is fun too!

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day - which you can also opt out of. There’s two different pools on each side of the complex. Plenty of sun beds. Little shop on site. My girlfriend had a cake delivered to our room on her birthday which made her day (thank you)! It was just what we needed!

If you have a family, it's a great place for you. The beach was RIGHT there! Clean, safe and beautiful. The sea was stunning, you could see the seabed through the water. Lots of activities for kids, day and evening. The food was also very good, breakfast and all. About 35-40 minutes to Chania by bus. You can also rent a car to travel to other parts of the island.
