I will start by saying that without the staff my stay would have never been the same. The bar staff ( making the best cocktails in lightning speed) PS: my friends and I loved the Cory shake. The butlers-shout out to orlando at the lobby..all you guys were great. The place was clean, the pool parties so much fun. Entertainment galore!My room was spacious, amazing views ( I booked one with a sea view.Bed was comfy. Also, I felt physically safe at the resort

It was a very good experience.

Gardens were beautiful. So were the beaches. The staff really tried their best to keep a fun vibe going. Bartenders are phenomenal. Very nice people. Bars open till midnight. Very cozy rooms with your own mini balcony. We loved the fact that each room was a villa. It almost felt like a community. Didnt get that stuck in a resort feeling like when you go to other places. Security was serious about his job too. He is not letting anyone in that building unless he gets their name and license plate lol

The location was great I love the trees the fact that it cleans the air we breathe. Jewels feels like home and the staff were friendly and very professional. A big shout out to the entertainment team --the bingo game & the disco headphone party still on my mind LOL. I will come again soon with more people.

It offers a splash pool, direct beach access, free Wi-Fi and has a Diamond Club. My experience was phenomenal! When we arrived the staff greeted us with a warm smile & some drinks! It was my partner’s birthday weekend so they gave us a room update to their presidential suite and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean & modern. The property was so nice, the staff was very welcoming, the restaurants were top knotch. They really exceeded my expectations. I even got guest services to decorate the room at no extra charge. I will definitely be visiting again!

With 4 outdoor swimming pools-( 100ft waterslide, 2 plunge pools, main pool) a full-service spa on the Ocean and Scuba on Site($), this Resort is the ultimate destination for family fun and relaxation. very lovely place and great staff
