A reflection of an earlier age, in which common tables on the patio provide guests a chance to visit while enjoying beverages (adult & youthful) from a well-stocked fridge near reception, on the honor system: you list what you take next to your room #.
The Austrian-style (cold) breakfast buffet showcases locally/regionally-sourced foods. Ovo-lacto vegetarians will fill up on the filled peppers, the fresh mozzarella w/ basil & tomatoes, and the variety of Müsli, in addition to the home-made jams.
