Good location, close to station. Room was clean and tidy. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly. Thank you Sarah, Tony and Sue for making us feel so welcome and putting us up at short notice, and for the tasty breakfast too! 😊 We were informed that dogs were on the property but we hardly knew they were there.

The location was perfect and I walked from Canterbury West train station. Great location. However if you need silence then you may struggle as there is nightlife surrounding the hotel. I was on the 4th floor and OK but a friend was on the 1st floor and said it was very noisy until near 3am. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was delicious.
