Good location, close to station. Room was clean and tidy. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly. Thank you Sarah, Tony and Sue for making us feel so welcome and putting us up at short notice, and for the tasty breakfast too! 😊 We were informed that dogs were on the property but we hardly knew they were there.

The breakfast was amazing, I had eggs Benedict and the breakfast was served in a nice bright room. There was a small lounge/bar next to the breakfast room, so it was the perfect place to relax or, do a little bit of work on a laptop.

Lovely hotel, old world charm and regal feel to it. Great location, driving distance to town centre but nestled in quiet corner alongside apple orchards and lake behind. Delicious breakfast, number of options. Limited menu for dinner and lunch, but absolutely spot on and exquisite. Top it all, stellar Staff and service, must mention ‘Kevin’ amazing person, very helpful, courteous, hard working and made us feel at home. Charmi for being lovely host, and for the tour of the old side of hotel, and the countless stories and hotels history. Enchanting.

This centrally based hotel is bright and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cleaning is of a very high standard. Although it could be noisy, the staff provided ear plugs (there was a music festival occurring in the city) and made sure you wer placed away from the noise.
