Beautiful setting - property a little tired, but bedroom comfort and decor, comfortable and charming. But bathroom sinks need clean behind. Evening meal could be more exciting - but breakfast good. Blue or white pool more enticing - green looks as though it needs a clean. Upholstery needs changing in sitting aren’t a. Tired .

We loved our stay at Rua Beach Resort, a wonderful oasis in a fairly isolated area of Sumba. Our bungalow was spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed and the softest cotton linens. The staff was welcoming, warm and helpful, especially, the manager, Anna, who gracefully acted as our translator to help us retrieve our forgotten mobile. The food was delicious and fresh, including the same-day locally caught fish. The best part however, was definitely the beach, which was any beach lover's dream. Last be sure to visit the nearby traditional villages to experience the unique Sumbanese culture. We highly recommend Rua Beach Resort!KopitaCyprus
