Lots to see by bicycle or a short car drive in the local hills. Stay close to the station for easy rail journeys to Ferrara, Bologna, Padua, Venice .

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

We parked our car at the hotel parking without nay problems. We had fruits and water in teh room, no extra charge for that which is not that obvious nowadays. We could have stayed there longer but we planned a road trip, each day somewhere else, need to go back there though.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect to visit nearby tourist attractions, such as Venice or Mantua. I forgot my wallet at the hotel, and it was returned to me by post, with all the content intact, including cash. I was most impressed with the staff and service in general. I would highly recommend this hotel!
