The Thermal Water and the Shiatsu Massage (thank you Diana) were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! Salat and Cheese buffet was great, especially as the variety of the menu is poor and often weird. Everything is clean and the Staff in general is kind and helpful.
Grazia took very good care of us and fulfilled any wish or need during breakfast and Dinner.

I did not get breakfast because it was served late (08;00am) and by that time I had to leave for meetings. The location was not too bad. It is walkable distance from the train station, but not the best for walking at night

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas.
We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!
Loved the tranquility of the location, pools, and spa. Our suite was amazing, very clean, and restful. The breakfasts provided where over the top fantastic! Saturday evening lobby party with hors d'oeuvres and live music absolutely took our stay to a special place. Food is fantastic and the entire staff delivers their best in hospitality. Also so close to train depot with many straight line trips to Venice each day. We were sad to leave. Thank you!'
We booked a "day spa with a room", that means that we could use a room during our stay but not for sleeping at night. We stayed at the hotel from 9:30 to 16:00 and the stay was very good. The pools are good, service is too. The only thing, the room was a bit on the worn side, but we haven't even slept there, so it did not matter (I guess they would give a better room to proper guests)
I liked everything. Every one in the staff was very polite, professional and kind. Breakfast was really good. Both the room and hotel were kept very clean. Room was with big balcony and bathroom. Location was perfect near the train station and the Colli Euganei. The thermal pool was open 8-22 and it was so relaxing to enjoy it under the stars.
It looks that this hotel had better times before, used to be elegant, but really deserves some renovation.
The breakfast was tasty and rich. I won't repeat the dinner it was just two much for us with 5 or 6 courses.
The staff was kind, the pools were nice.
We got a nice upgrade for bigger room (suite) for the genius level at booking.com.
The room is quite big and comfortable, with an amazing terrace. The pool and the territory of the hotel are very well managed and clean. The full board was totally worth the price, the food is delicious with a quite big variety of choices. And the biggest benefit of the hotel is the staff, extremely professional, kind and helpful.
Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.
Charming hotel. It was full of Christmas Spirit. The decor was old world with comfy couches, chairs, tables all through the lobby. They accommodated my dog and my gluten free diet. I have reservations for Christmas since it was so cheerful I couldn’t wait to go back again.
Everything was great, including the property, pools, lounge chairs, rooms and staff. The entire hotel was very clean They offer a wide variety of spa treatments, including mud, massage, etc Also, when you put your head under water, you can hear music.
the property is new with great spa facilities and very relaxing atmosphere. We checked in in the evening and went to the pool until 11pm which was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best we had on the entire trip. Highly recommend this resort.
All the people working in the hotel are extremely kind and professional. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing and all the services of the highest standard. Great food, both at breakfast and dinner.
