What I liked most were the hospitality and generosity of the father/daughter hosts. They were supremo! Outstanding! Wunderbar! We also enjoyed the Norman castle which was very close. The views from the hotel (including Etna) were just fantastic (we booked sea-view). The location was great for ius as it was a short walk to lots of interesting places for us, and the staff were really friendly ( a bit more english would have been helpful but wasn't necessary)

Milazzo is a beautiful coastal city rich in history, culture and architecture. I was there for just two days as the purpose of us staying there was our sail to the Isole Eolie, but I did notice the city offers excellent shopping and all types of dining and nightlife. And the day and nighttime views of the Aeolian sea and mainland Sicily were gorgeous. As Italian/American tourists, I was delighted how friendly the locals were to us on the street and in the stores/restaurants. Be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go though day and night. I would certainly visit this city again.Vince

The location at road’s end across from the beach is amazing. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is an extraordinary value: deliciously and elegantly prepared food in a gorgeous setting with waitstaff that is top notch. Do not miss the dinner experience. One pool is set in a garden such as I’ve never seen at a hotel, the other on the roof. I’m an old man, have stayed in many hotels: this is quite a special place.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast, but many choices were available. The room was quiet at night as well. I am so sorry I can't remember the name of the angel who was managing the hotel, running the front desk and seemingly doing everything at this hotel. My mother wasn't feeling well, you would have thought we were staying at a spa, that's how well she took care of her.

Dalila (the owner) and Teresa (staff) were very warm and welcoming and made the stay an exceptional experience. The hotel is perfectly located if you are interested in taking a boat to the Aeolian Islands as the port is across the street. I would come back here!
