This is a lovely place. The design of the building with its huge central atrium is a bit odd but it is well maintained and everything seems updated. The room was lovely and good-sized. The grounds are amazing and the tunnel to the pool and lounge area is intriguing. We had easy access up to Taormina by the free van. The restaurant is pricey but the food and service were fine (small Euro portions). In all this was a lovely stay.

Tucked into rocks and mountains, Splendid overlooks the Ionian Sea and the Calabrian coast, a short walk from Taormina’s picturesque town centre and 3-minute walk from Corso Umberto main street.

The hotel has a terrace with a wonderful view, the breakfast was exceptional, the staff is very welcoming and kind and the room was very clean. The problem with the parking was quickly solved at the hotel reception, we paid and the car was brought to us when we needed it, announcing in advance with 10-15 minutes before, for the town we did not need a car anyway, being not even 5 minutes from the center, and the beach can be easily reached with the cable car.

The elegant, refined Hotel Ariston is located near Taormina's ancient Greek theatre, surrounded by a Mediterranean park. The hotel offers stunning views of the coast and free WiFi throughout.

Booked a double room with sea view, we were allocated a family room with view of motor bikes, cars and noisey generator, you could see the sea at an angle, room NOT GOOD. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

This is a fantastic location for a stay in the heart of Taormina. Having the swimming pool in the centre of town is a real bonus. The staff were very helpful.

It is in a beautiful position. Every room has a magnificent view of Isola Bella. There’s a small balcony per room. The staff are the best, most friendly and helpful you would ever find. I have been going to this hotel for many years, love it.

Clean rooms with an incredible view and an amazing breakfast. Very attentive and helpful staff. Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Private parking is an asset.
