The rooms are spacious, modern and luxurious, the architectural style is amazing, the staff is one of the friendliest and most attentive ones I ever encountered, the location is perfect (within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the city center and a large parking lot in front of the hotel). This hotel is the best choice if you want to stay in Ortigia.

But most of all Francesca the manager is fantastic! Very welcoming, helpful, warm and she treated us like we were family!
