This is an incredible hotel! From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted with staff that will help you carry your luggage, hold the doors open etc. Welcome tea was a nice touch. Check in process was smooth with no hiccups. The rooms are fairly new (less than a year old at time of writing), clean and elegantly furnished. Beds are on the softer side but this was good for us. Air con works brilliantly - in fact it got too cold at some points and we had to turn it off! As someone who loves a cold room, this was good. Hotel breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection. I would say it is a cut above the average hotel buffet. Made-to-order meals were good, we had the Pho which is a must try with a light, delicate broth. There is a bar which serves up good coffee. Service was outstanding, from counter staff to the doormen, security etc. Great job, especially by Lily who warmly guided us whenever we needed to throughout our stay. The hotel is located close by to good food - try the Com Ga chicken rice opposite the hotel. Best fried chicken we've ever had. Being away from the old town means you get relative quiet and peace too, especially at night.

It is a boutique hotel, quiet and comfortable, a 15min walk from the centre of town. The staff were superb and accommodating. Breakfast spread was fantastic - just the right combination of Western and Asian fare.

Hoi An Heart Hostel Villa er staðsett í Hoi An, 2,9 km frá An Bang-strönd og býður upp á gistingu með ókeypis reiðhjólum, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og verönd. Staff were so lovely and helpful - Flower gave us loads of information about tours and activities and helped us book everything. Free breakfast was yummy. We were upgraded to a better room for free which was a really nice surprise! Shower was lovely.

The rooms are huge, with all amenities and a giant and comfortable bed. The breakfast has a large choice of Western and Vietnamese options. I had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat, High recommend!
