The best hotel we had in Vietnam, great location, really clean and the staff is super friendly. The swimming pool is a good touch after a long bike ride. Very good value for money I absolutely recommend !!

The hostess was wonderful! Even bought me a banh mi and coffee for breakfast the one day and met me at my tour to give to me when she realized they already picked me up! She helped me book the train and gave me a snack bag to bring with me. 😍 She was very responsive and available. She provides a paper with recommendations of things to do around the city. It feels like a home away from home!

We could have chosen one of the western style resorts in Hoi An, but they’re sterile and unwelcoming. We strongly preferred Kaia: hospitable, stylish, and a lovely place to stay.

If I had another chance to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely choose Hoianese and stay more nights because of An and Helen! Amazing breakfast in a shadow of the trees. Location was perfect. Stuff were super polite and helpfull. They provide us free bicycles altough the center was short walk away.

Ze hebben ons veel goeie tips gegeven; de zus van de host is kledingmaakster (Blue Gecko) en hier hebben wij ook pakken op maat laten maken. Ook hebben we via unity Villa een kookcursus+boottochtje gedaan, zeker aan te raden! Ze hebben ook fietsjes waar je mee naar het strand kan fietsen. Super lieve mensen en super locatie! Nette kamer met balkon (:
