Serafino McLaren Vale is located in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region, only 26 mi from the Adelaide CBD (Central Business District). The estate is beautiful and sprawling - it made us feel very relaxed and peaceful. The motel room is spacious and the mini kitchenette area is well stocked with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils. The bed is big and comfortable. There is also a private parking spot marked with your unit number right outside your unit. We enjoyed the premium wine tasting session at the Cellar Door (reservation is necessary) during our stay as we got to try many of Serafino's premium wines, and buy the ones we liked. If you're feeling tipsy after the wine tasting session, you can rest in your motel room, or walk along the nearby walking trails (McLaren Vale Heritage walking trail).

Nightcap at Hotel Victor is located at the corner of Albert Place and the Esplanade, right in the heart of Victor Harbor. Knew this was part of a complex , but everything is refurbished modern and clean, with bar and resturant below. Central location and private parking. Great stopover spot. Christiona at reception was super friendly, and we had a great chat on the way in!

The charm and warmth of the old hotel was carried through to the rooms. It felt like you were staying in an old hotel with mod cons which is what we were after. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! The staff were super friendly and the overall atmosphere was amazing!
