I stayed both Backpackers Villa and Interlaken youth Hostel during my visit. Backpackers Villa has better value- beautiful view from the room, nicer staff and I paid less price as well, my room has 7 people, but I guess they are so popular and have to add more beds to the rooms. Interlaken Youth Hostels has better breakfast, my room has four beds, but the room is dark and light is broken, you also have to manage to put the sheets stuff yourself which is a big bummer in my opinion, it’s next to the train station, location is good (but no view).

Charming inn connected to the Alpenrose Hotel with beautiful gardens and a nice restaurant. Wonderful breakfast buffet included in room rate! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great location for excursions to Interlaken, the Schynige Platte and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. In fact, Lauterbrunnen and the Stechelberg gondola to Piz Gloria is only about 20 minutes by car. We much preferred the quieter Wilderswil to the more expensive and touristy Lauterbrunnen. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Rossli was everything that I could ask for during my stay in Interlaken. The location is centrally located to everything in town and only a few minutes walk from the Interlaken West train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jean-Louis in particular was amazing. He makes sure your coffee cup is always full and that have everything you need for breakfast. I was traveling solo so I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere. It felt like my home away from home.

The Hostel Chalet Stöckli is a separate building semi-attached to the Alpenblick Hotel and a great deal! We got the full chalet experience on a budget with breakfast in the main building. The bathroom is shared with one other room on your floor and fairly basic but that was not an issue for us. The location is great, a little outside the city with the view of the mountains. Accessible from Interlaken West with bus and then 2 minute walk.

Easy to access from the West Interlaken station (7 min walk), nice and friendly host (Tony) and all a family of 4 need to have a pleasant holiday break in the city. All amenities included and also some extra features as courtesy such as coffee and tea. Apartment is clean and well maintained. You can find Coop and Migros close to the apartment and good restaurants as well. Recommend for families.

An excellent place to stay when you're in Interlaken. This place has all the facilities that a very nice Hostel has...Rooms are comfortable, clean and best part is the Lobby area open to all personnels.. we enjoyed drinking at the Bar, playing pool and loved the music. Definitely choose this and its budget friendly too. I wanted my wife to experience Hostel life and this was all perfect.

Hosts were very responsive and provided all the relevant information for a smooth check-in. Apartment was small but perfectly formed :-). Clean and modern flat with comfy beds. Basics were thoughtfully provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Good location within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and main Interlaken train stations.

The hotel has many locational advantages. It is a step into the Interlaken Ost train station. It is right opposite the Swiss Alps which we could view from our room balcony. A very beautiful structure & well maintained property. Staff was exceptional. Located opposite the Youth Hostel that runs its restaurant till late in the evening. Its in the best location of Interlaken.

Excellent location. So close to station and right in front of supermarket. The host is brilliant and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and had a pressure cooker too 😍. Apartment was warm and cosy and clear check in instructions. Host came to meet in person. I am surely going to book it again whenever I visit Interlaken next.

Very convenient location, 8 min walk from Interlaken Ost, well connected to the town by busses. Beautiful neighborhood, fairly spacious room with balcony (315) overlooking two old churches and the mountains. We loved it! Hotel restaurant I think is one of the best in the area. Close proximity to trekking to Harder Kulm with breathtaking views. Very helpful personnel.

Apartment is old but cozy, located in city centre but quiet, 10min walk from Interlaken West train station, self check-in was easy, all amenities (kitchen, heating, bath tub, hot water, wardrobe, TV, CD player, balcony) worked well, free Wifi was fast, lots of books & travel brochures for reading, free local public bus transport with Interlaken Guest Card

- Beautiful view of Lake Thun from the balcony. - Apartment was amazing with most of the basic facilities available; on two floors. - Washroom was also nice and clean. - Free pass from hotel for commuting to & from Interlaken on bus (20 minutes drive). Bus stop right next to hotel. - Hotel had badminton, table tennis and other facilities.

Christine and Sassa were both the most incredible hosts we ever had... the hotel was definitely home away from home 💗 location was almost perfect about 10 minutes walk to the train station and the shops.. felt absolutely safe especially since we live in South Africa,. will definitely recommend Hotel Alphorn to all travelling to Interlaken West

Polite staff. Good breakfast. Wilderswil is one station away from Interlaken OST and the hotel is 15 minute walk from Wilderswil station on a straight road. Bus is also an option from Interlaken west and Ost but frequency is around 20 minutes. Hotel has a very good restaurant and is located on a quiet street amongst residences.

Hotel is situated in the heart of interlaken with an amazing view. We were welcomed well with guidance and route map. Good breakfast and it was well served with smiling faces. Rooms were serviced everyday once we were out. We had a dog and he had ample space and was never disturbed. Easy access and walkable distance to ferry.

We loved our stay at Adventure Hostel Interlaken. About a 15 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to various shops and restaurants. Our private room was very spacious with good cleanliness, lighting, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than expected. Very good deal for the price given the area.

Its 1.3 km from Interlaken Ost. Bus services available from station to stay. Apartment was good but few things needed to be fixed for getting full positive reviews. Etc 1)wifi not at all good . 2) the toilet might need a proper door with a lock for privacy. Other than these things , it was a nice stay .

Near Interlaken West Station and Bus Stop to move to Interlaken Ost Station. The room was comfortable with the necessary elements. Mountain views from the balcony. Location very good to transfer to others places. The Hotel provides you with tickets to use the public bus.

Beautiful views from the apartment, 5 mins walk to the train station and a super market. Apartment was very clean and cosy. There was a well equipped kitchen. And to top it all off the owner is very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place anyone visiting Interlaken.

The hosts are wonderful people! Great location - three min. walk to the train station with connection to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Schynige Platte, Interlaken Ost/West. We had a separate entrance and plenty of space for a family of four (relevant to Apartment).
