As you enter by car, there is a feeling of tranquillity and privacy. At reception, we were greeted with sparkling wine and a non-alcoholic version for my daughter. Our room was very comfortable, beds were lovely, and there was a walk-in closet, so our things didn't cramp the space. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, bread made that morning, and American pancakes. The view was spectacular and if it hadn't been raining, there would have been lots of activities to do just at the hotel.

Lots of activities, the area is very beautiful and well kept. The spa was pleasant and relaxing to be in. The rooms are clean and there's plenty equipment both for cooking inside and outside. Plenty of hiking trails to follow. The staff is nice and communicable.

What can I say! This was my 4th stay at Sahanlahti and as every time, my only big mistake was to have stayed just 1 night. The location by the lake is just beautiful, the rooms are so well done and have a friendly, welcoming vibe, the staff are helpful, the breakfast on a terrace in the morning is a treat. During the day there are other people around visiting the facilities, and there is a small harbor for a few boats, but it all comes together to being one place of life and relaxed enjoyment and nature. For me, it does good to my stressed soul every time I stay there. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here before. The holiday homes have everything you need in them. Large fridges and small freezer space. Parking right outside the allocated cabin. Sauna was good for an electric one. Beach a little far from the cabin / sauna, but manageable. About 300 meters. Staff good despite having some issues with both check in and check out due to technical problems.

Great location on a pretty lake with a variety of cabin types. There are shared bathrooms near the cabin we stayed in and an on-site restaurant for meals. it’s also close to Mikkeli. There’s plenty for families to do f try im mini golf to a theme park with rides and a beach. The staff were very friendly! Also open in winter apparently for skiing.

The ambience of the place is what I liked the most here. A bit away from the highway by the lake amid the picturesque landscape of Punkaharju, the resort is among the perfect places if you are looking for a place to unwind. The Punkaharju ridge and the nature trails in Lusto area are just a few kilometres away - you can either walk or rent a bike from the reception. Apart from this, one can participate in a number of leisurely activities. The resort also has an aquatic park and rope park close by. For food you can visit their restaurant or even cook in the kitchen if you are camping. Talking of camping, they have quite a large area for pitching tent or parking caravan. Other options to stay include cottages. I stayed in one of the small economy cottages with two beds. It was decently size with a refrigerator and a microwave a couple of chairs outside. Given the size of the cottage it does not include any closet but has a shelf to keep stuffs. Finally, before I forget, I need to mention the staff who were very helpful and always served with a smile.

Everything was excellent. The room was cozy and very comfortable. It has everything, what can be needed during the stay. The quality of the internet connection was very good. The room was beautifully decorated. If you come to pray, you can not bring your own icons, since the room has one big icon.
