Attractively located in Toulouse, The Social Hub Toulouse features air-conditioned rooms, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. This was one of the most comprehensive hotels I have ever been too. The location is great, very central yet outside of all the hustle of the historic part of the town. We used the gym every morning from 7 to 8am, then took a shower and went for a delicious healthy breakfast before heading to work. By the end of the day, we just chilled by the pool at the rooftop. So as you can see, we really enjoyed all the facilities this place has to offer and they were all great. The wifi is very easy to connect and very reliable and fast, the showers were great, the bed was very comfortable, and there was even an Expresso machine in each room with complementary coffee capsules. Very thoughtful! The only thing that scared me a bit was the fact that this is a student residence, as I am very sensitive to loud noises. However, sound isolation is so good that we couldn't hear a thing! All the staff was very helpful and nice at all times, but I would like to send a special thank you to the Spanish girl that works at the reception in the night shifts: she is simply the best!

It's got a slightly fetishy vibe, with free porn films and animal masks and red lighting in the room, so perhaps not one to come to with your mum, but it's not an overwhelming vibe, so don't be put off if that's not what you're after! The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are big and well designed. I liked the all-in-one face wash/soap/shampoo that was provided in the form of a solid bar, for eco reasons, even though I was initially wary of it - it smelled great and actually left my hair better than usual! Breakfast was excellent, with a hot buffet, cheeses and ham, cereals, yogurts, juices, and a good array of pastries and pancakes with delicious jams. The ground floor bar was buzzy, with a live DJ (the rooftop one was yet to reopen after a face lift). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The luggage storage was easy and secure, with tickets provided.
