Beautiful garden, large and clean pool, private parking space. The host was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. The location was great, within walking distance from the local taverns, bakery and supermarket and very close to a beautiful beach, ideal for a vacation with a baby or young children. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Messinia.

This is the second time we were visiting the Messinian Icon. Every time we need to be in Kalamata, this is the place to be. Personally I believe this is the best hotel the town has to provide. Amazing facilities, great pool, spa and amenities all around. A huge Plus, the room service and the restaurant at night. If you try their food, you will be extra pleased. Second time there and the food keeps on getting better and better. Greek cuisine mainly, with a modern twist. Loved everything about this hotel!

We really enjoyed our night stay out of high season. The whole feel of the place was peaceful, the perfect place to relax. Communication with Rena before and during our stay was great. The apartments are modern and exceptionally clean; we had a very comfortable stay. The best part was enjoying a drink in the evening sitting on the terrace in the restaurant below watching the stunning sunset.
