Tyssedal Hotel is by the Hardangerfjorden at the foot of the Hardangervidda Mountains, 3.7 mi north of central Odda. It offers free WiFi, private parking and free sauna access. The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms was with nice view, clean and big! One of biggest advantages - personal parking. Very interesting interior of hotel. I liked it so much!

The center of Odda is 1.3 mi away. - The view from the room was impressive. - The personnel was friendly. - Cleanliness. - Hot shower! - 25 min walk to Odda center After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure of what to expect but oh my expectations were exceeded. Cannot beat location and views (especially from the top suite) of Vikinghaug! It’s a stay to remember and an experience by itself. A historic building featured in Netflix’s show Rognarok. The staff is very friendly. Very clean. There is even a washer in our suite so we did some laundry. If you stay in Odda as a base for the Trolltunga hike, this location is an easy drive to it.
