Located in Groveland and with Yosemite Big Oak Flat Entrance reachable within 24 miles, Yosemite Basecamp provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property... Loved our stay! It was our first trip to the Yosemite area, and didn't know what to expect in terms of location. We were in the middle of a very charming town with several restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the place had every imaginable amenity, including some artisanal bath products and a great continental breakfast. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

The Inn on Knowles Hill Bed & Breakfast Hotel has accommodations in Sonora. Each room at the 5-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a shared lounge. The B&B was built in 1927 and is a living museum without all the cutesy memorabilia. It was beautifully decorated with Fall decor and I'd love to return to see what the owners do with their winter theme. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever experienced a a B&B. We had a beautiful view of the front yard.

Built in 1859, this historic Jamestown hotel has its own house ghost and features an on-site restaurant and bar. Rooms include antique furniture and Yosemite National Park is 24 miles away. Food good, I loved the hotel like stepping back in time. First hotel i've stayed without a TV and kettle and it was great.
