The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!

We checked in in the evening and went to the pool until 11pm which was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best we had on the entire trip. Highly recommend this resort.

The room was spacious and very nice. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and with plenty of towels and amenities. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well. It was a lovely stay overall and I would recommend it, especially if you're diving at Y-40.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas. We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!

We took HB. Breakfast was the same every day, but dinners menu were changed regularly. The hospitality level demonstrated by all employees was top rated. This relates to all categories of employee - looks like it is a business paradigm of this hotel. Your problems are solved, your concerns are eliminated, any changes on planned procedures are proceeded fast and without any stress. We stayed in hotel during Christmas/ NYE period where there are a lot of people enjoying SPA/pools facilities. Nevertheless, there were enough places in swimming pools and on benches nearby. Despite of winter time, there was very warm everywhere - in rooms, pools, lobbies and relax areas. It was very comfortable to move in bathrobes after procedures or thermal pools. There were plenty of parking places on territory.
