Cannot praise this place enough! The room was brand new and super clean. Mattress and linens were top notch. The whole vibe was ultra modern yet down-home comfy! The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of foods and beverages. Very healthy options! I enjoyed the fresh squeezed juices, local eggs and even real honeycomb! The Honesty Bar is a very cool idea … got wine from there twice which was very good!

A very nice, charming and cozy hotel. The location is very good, as it is close to both the lift and the bus stop to get to the city center. Cozy rooms, everything clean and tidy! Good breakfast, free parking. This was the best hotel of our trip and I would love to come back again and again.

We love the Grand Hotel Della Posta. It is owned by the organization that owns the local art and history museum and is decorated with lovely artwork that is part of the museum's collection. Our room was very large and elegant with tall ceilings, high quality furniture and a view out over the Piazza Garibaldi Guiseppe. We arrived on bicycles and were able to park them overnight in a secure courtyard behind the hotel. We enjoyed an al fresco dinner in the garden with excellent wine from the Valtellina region.

Family-run hotel, well managed and in good conditions, recently renovated. Great location, too: lots of tracks and bike routes just at the steps of the hotel, which is at the end of the village, among pines and close to a nice stream of water. The restaurant serves tasty, typical Valtellina's and Italian food too, so if you're not planning to go around in the evening, I'd suggest booking the half board at your arrival for a very reasonable fee.

The hotel is not too far from Chiuro, so it’s easy to commute either by car; on foot or even by train. The restaurant it’s remarkable: others in the nearby are pretty comparable, so there’s no needs to look for something else. The staff is available; professional and easygoing.
